Marco to Feature on Middleby Booth 1257 and in “Innovation Alley” Booth 1657 at NAFEM 2023
We’re bringing something new to NAFEM 2023! Featured on the Middleby Booth 1257 our latest cold brew innovation is on display. The ColdBRU system can deliver crystal clear coffee concentrate at an average of 4% TDS and 19% extraction in under 3 hours. It’s the easiest, quickest, and most consistent way to brew cold brew concentrate.
The ColdBRU is also compatible with our award-winning POUR’D cold coffee dispense system.
POUR’D is an innovation in coffee service. The system can be used with coffee concentrate and programmed to create and dispense a range of drinks from a single, sleek tap.
We’ll also be showing the Marco FRIIA. FRIIA, an office favorite, can deliver any variety of hot, cold and sparkling water from a single countertop tap.
Finally for the coffee lovers out there, the barista-favorite the Marco SP9 will be brewing up delicious filter coffee at the Middleby Café.
