Water level below elements. Normal when machine first fills. | Check water pressure. If this is OK the low level probe is possibly covered in limescale/ mineral deposits | Clean low level probe/ descale machine. See instruction video here.
Temperature sensor failure (o/c) | Call service agent | Check temp sensor( red cable entering the tank part No 1600691) is securely fixed to PCB and that the cable is inserted fully into the boiler tank hole with heat paste present.
Water not heating | Call service agent | Check heating circuit wiring, all connections secure no burning. Check thermal overload switch where fitted is pressed inward. Check heating element resistance with machine plugged out of mains socket is reading 18-22 Ohms. If within resistance range and wiring circuit is ok, replace main PCB 1600345 for Ecoboiler range.
Temperature sensor failure (s/c) | Call service agent | Replace thermistor connected to PCB. Failing this replace PCB board 1600345 for Ecoboiler range.
Machine not filling | Check water pressure. If OK switch machine off and on again. If problem reoccurs – call service agent. | Check water pressure. If filter is fit bypass to check if filter is blocked. Check for kinks in hose and inlet valve is switched to open position.
