Solenoid 1502148 Stem Resize

In order to reduce parts Marco adopted one valve for both Ecoboiler and Ecosmart(LED screen) push button models.
The dispense valve p/n 1502148 inlet stem must be cut to fit the Ecoboiler Push Button range. Please see below image.
Ecosmart PB does not need to be cut.

Measure 17mm as below
Cut the valve stem using a pipe cutter as shown. Please note a hacksaw shouldn’t
be used as swarf could get into the valve and cause it to jam open.
If you do not have a pipe cutter, and you must use a hacksaw, place a tissue into the valve to prevent any plastic swarf from entering the valve and wash out after cutting!
