TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in the Irish Aeropress 2018 Championship Sweepstakes Competition, which is an independent photo contest (the “Contest”) for the Irish Instagram community and is in no way endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram.
The Contest is promoted and managed by Marco Beverage Systems Ltd., 74 Heather Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, 3FE Coffee Ltd., 32 Lower Grand Canal St, Dublin, Ireland and Brewed by Hand Ltd.,, 2nd Floor, 21 Little Portland Street, London, W1W 8BT, United Kingdom (the “Promoter(s)” and the “Organiser(s)”)
Everyone who participates (the ‘Participants’) in The Contest fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
COMPETITION RULES – ENTERING
Eligibility for Participation: The Contest is only open to individuals who, at the time of entry: are resident in the Republic of Ireland and must be over 18 years of age. Proof of identity, age & address may be required by Participants prior to receipt of prize.
Participation Period: The Contest is open for participation from 1.30pm on 25th July 2018 until 4.30pm on 1st August 2018.
Instagram account permissions: In order to be entered in the competition the Instagram account used must have its permissions set to ‘Public’. Account set to private will not be entered into the competition.
Permission: By participating in the Contest, the Participants give permission for the entries (i.e. Instagram username of Participants) to be used in the winner announcement on one or all of the Contest Organiser’s Instagram pages.)
Unlimited Entries: There is no limit to how many times someone can enter the contest.
Enter via Instagram: Participants enter the Contest by following the three Instagram accounts listed below and by commenting on specific contest posts uploaded on any of the below Instagram accounts:

Comments must include mandatory hashtag:#IrishAeropress2018
Staff Restrictions: The contest is not open to staff of Brewed by Hand Ltd, Marco Beverage Systems Ltd and 3FE Coffee Ltd (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or associated companies, including (but not limited to) the Contest’s promotional partner(s). For these purposes an “immediate family member” includes a spouse, partner, child, stepchild, grandchild, brother, step-brother, sister, step-sister, parent, step parent or legal guardian.
Access to Personal Data: No personal details are required from the Participants except for their Instagram and Twitter handles, but the Winners will be required to share basic contact details with the Organiser in order to administer the Contest.

How To Win:
Expenses: All Participants are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by them as a result of participating in or winning the Contest.
COMPETITION RULES – WINNERS
Winners Announced: Two Winners will be announced on Instagram on 2pm August 2018 at 1.30pm.
The Prizes:
Each Winner will receive:
2 x Tickets to the Irish Aeropress Championship, taking place on August 9th 6.30pm at 3FE Roastery, nit 74, Boyne Rd, Dublin Industrial Estate, Dublin 11
1 x Hario V60 Pour Over Kit in new pastel colour
2 x Marco t-shirts
2 x Hario Tote bags
2 x Bags of 3FE Coffee (size and type to be determined by 3FE)
2 x A3 AeroPress 2018 Print
Non-transferable: The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Publicity: The Winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, their Instagram handle and their likeness and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by The Promoter(s) to any post-winning publicity.
Winner Promotion: The winners agrees that his or her Content may be used by The Promoter for general media and marketing purposes without remuneration with the goal to promote the talents of the winners. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, their Instagram handle and their likeness and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by The Organiser relating to any post-winning publicity as it is mutually beneficial.
Losing Prize: Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and another Winner will be selected at random.
COMPETITION RULES – DISQUALIFICATION
Unsportsmanlike Behaviour: The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or contestant.
Suspend a Participant: The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any comments, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate a Participant’s access to all or any part of the website at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.
DISCLAIMERS
Liability: The Organiser and the Participants are liable for any claims subject to the Contest under the usual Irish law, subject to the qualifications below.
Operational Issues: The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, caused by e.g. infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Organiser which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. The Organiser reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operating errors at any time.
Technical Issues: The Organiser is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Organiser is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. The Organiser is not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or viewing photos in connection with this contest.
Limitation on Liability: In no event shall The Organiser and/or The Promoter be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your Entry into the Contest. Jurisdiction & Amendments
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
Amendments: The Organiser may modify the Terms & Conditions and such modification shall be effective upon posting on this site.
