Reporting to: IT Manager

Overview:

Marco Beverage Systems is looking for an IT Support Technician to monitor and maintain our internal computer systems and networks and to work with the IT Manager to troubleshoot and fix any hardware and software issues that may occur.

Role and Responsibilities:

The IT Support Technician will assist the IT Manager with the daily tasks. The main responsibility is monitoring and maintaining our internal computer systems and networks, our email system and our phone system. He or she will log the issues in our system and liaise with our 3^rd party support companies to fix them. The IT Support Technician will also take the role of the Data Protection Lead for our company. The DPL will monitor our company’s GDPR compliance and will keep the documentation up-to-date.

• Experience providing remote / onsite support and project services to business users.
• Experienced with troubleshooting and fixing network, computer and other hardware (routers, switches, printers, etc.) issues
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016; VMs (Hyper-V)
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10
• Experience working with Office 365 admin center
• Experienced with end user device configuration, support and troubleshooting
• Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor ERP) is a plus; C# is also a plus
• Several years’ experience working in an IT support role is required

This role will be based in the Dublin office and working on a hybrid working model supporting the Sales Admin Team with order entry and customer support

This role will be based in the Dublin office.

The role encompasses

• the day to day handling and managing customer complaints and returned equipment (RMA’s).
• the repair and reconditioning of returned equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Acquire a working knowledge of Marco products, spare parts, applications and processes in order to deal with customer complaints and RMAs.
• Responding to all customer complaints/issues regarding Marco equipment or services. (phone/ e-mail or in person).
• Manage and drive the customer complaints process to ensure Marco’s customers are responded to in a caring and efficient manner with all issues resolved in a timely manner.
• Manage and report on RMA process, ensuring an efficient, caring and appropriate response to all customers.
• Disposition all RMAs in an agreed manner.
• Analyse, and present data to identify problems for improvement.
• Report issues/KPIs to management and Quality department on a routine basis in order to improve Marco customer experience.

Reports to:                        Production Supervisor

Job Type:                           Full-time, Permanent

Key responsibilities of role will include:

• The successful applicant will ensure that products are produced safely, efficiently, to the highest level of quality for the customer.
• Assembly of machines
• Inspection and packing of machines
• Completion of production documentation.
• Carry out tasks within area of responsibility to meet daily production output requirements
• Comply with Work Instructions, Safety and Quality systems and procedures in their area
• General cleaning / housekeeping duties

This is a full-time position within the Production Department

The Ideal candidate will have:

• A good command of the English Language both written and oral
• Strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a production environment is an added advantage
• Teamwork mentality and strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work overtime if desirable
• Previous experience with sheet metal, stainless steel or electronics is an advantage
• Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland
• Basic IT skills and understanding

Marco is looking to expand our European sales team with an exciting diverse role of Sales and Tech Support

This person will support the continued growth in mainland Europe.  Supporting the EU Sales Manager with sales enquiries and delivering sales and technical training to a wide range of customers and end users.

Full training will be given.  The role would suit an individual who has industry experience maybe an engineer wanting to move into sales or a barista who wants to develop into a sales and technical role.

You will be passionate about the beverage industry and have a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to travel and meet new customers and end users of Marco products

Responsibilities and Duties:

To Support the EU sales manager

• Deliver product training to customer sales teams –
• Answer in bound sales queries
• Manage a range of regional customer accounts
• Coffee training – Manage the coffee training programme (SCA)
• Tea Training – support customer Tea training programme (ESTA)
• To support the EU Technical training programme
• Work with technical team to deliver 5 days per month with KEY distributor and end user accounts
• Work to develop specific training plans for each channel (Catering / Coffee / Water)
• Manage and set up Marco branded trade show support
• Manage and set up distributor trade show support

Qualifications/Experience

• Base salary $35K
