The Ottomatic® Coffeemaker uses innovative spray-head technology, exclusively designed for the iconic CHEMEX® Coffeemaker.

The Ottomatic® Coffeemaker automates the filter brewing process usually managed by a skilled barista in a specialty coffee shop.

By managing time, temperature and turbulence, the Ottomatic® facilitates even, consistent extraction and ensures that every cup of coffee brewed at home is premium, barista-standard. Also features iced-coffee mode.

How It Works?

Fill the tank with cold water.

Add one rounded tablespoon of ground coffee for every 147ml cup into the CHEMEX® Bonded Coffee Filter cone. Feel free to use more if you prefer it stronger.

The “Greedy Cup” Sprayhead Technology will control:
• Staged brewing cycle
• Pulsing water bath which ensures maintained temperature
• Facilitating even extraction throughout the brewing process for optimal flavour
